Unfortunately, the process became really complicated for us when the seller ran into some title issues, but Chris was so thorough, informative and on top of everything, we always felt like we were in really good hands. Everything worked out fine and we have no doubt that it could have gone in a very different or bad direction if we weren't working with someone so detail-oriented and knowledgeable. We really loved working with him every step of the way and highly recommend him to anyone we know that is looking for a home.

Chris Clark represented us as a seller, and we were extremely pleased with his professionalism and effectiveness in selling our house. Our house needed a lot of work to get it ready to market and Chris had the contacts and knowledge to assist us in the process, contractors for painting and repair, roofers, window replacement, kitchen and bath upgrades and new flooring. His selling expertise and methods resulted in multiple bids, and the sale involved negotiations with multiple potential buyers, which were quite involved. Chris effectively guided us through that process to a satisfactory result.

Chris met with us, went over our goals, explained the process, and set out to help us find our home. Over the next 6 months, Chris and Derek were patient, informative, and gave their time freely, spending weekends and weekdays at the drop of a hat to meet with us and visit potential homes. We found our dream home and couldn't have done it without them! The only downside of finding our home is that we no longer get to visit homes with Chris and Derek!
My husband and I were first-time home buyers and worked with two different Real Estate Agents before we met Chris. The first two agents did not seem to be in tune with first-time homebuyers (or maybe we are more high maintenance than we think). Feeling lost, we turned to Yelp to try and find an agent that was more in tune with our expectations. We found Chris on Yelp, reviewed his webpage and my immediate thought was "boy, does he sound good 'on paper'" but a webpage is just a glorified advertisement, and, feeling disillusioned, I feared he would not live up to the hype. Spoiler alert: I was very wrong.
We first met him over a year ago at a house he was showing, but we weren't ready to buy yet. Fast forward to January and within weeks, he was able to direct us, share his knowledge of the various neighborhoods of the East Bay and make specific recommendations on the bidding process that got us ours forever home! He is easy to get along with, offers tons of suggestions, and has great follow-ups! I would not hesitate to suggest him to my friends and colleagues.
