Owning a home is one of the greatest joys in life. The feeling of homeownership creates a foundation of comfort and security where all things can thrive. I help people buy and sell homes because it allows me to be a part of the process to offer guidance and support on one of the most important decisions that can be made. My purpose in life is to help others achieve their dreams, and I am a Realtor because it helps me to realize my purpose.
When I first sit down with my clients, I listen to what they have to say. I help them determine what their motivations are in buying their home or selling their existing home which provides guidance to develop a plan to meet their unique needs. If I am working with a home seller, I use my unique talents that have been crafted over 25 years in sales and marketing to effectively market their home so that it shines to its brightest potential and reaches the widest audience. If I'm working with a home buyer, I help them to figure out what type of home would best meet their needs and then determine which neighborhoods are most suitable based on how much they would like to spend. I am a local expert. I know the neighborhoods and what they have to offer. Often times where the journey starts is not where it ends.
In 2019 I founded my team - The Chris Clark Team. In 2020 my team sold over $56 million dollars in homes helping 55 home buyers and sellers. I personally sold $36 million assisting 37 buyers and sellers. I am ranked among the top 1% of agents in my market. I am a member of the Top Agents Network which represents the top 10% of agents Nationwide. I have a proven track record for the homes that I have sold selling considerably higher than expectations. Home buyers that I work with often are getting their offers accepted on the first try. I am able to accomplish this because of my unique ability to develop key strategies to help my clients achieve and often surpass their goals.
When I'm not selling real estate, you might find my partner and I on the beaches of Maui, training for the next Spartan race (aroo!), walking in the East Bay with our yellow lab Sara, or relaxing in our home in Palm Springs.

From my 20 years spent as an executive leading business operations and client services for some of the Tech industry’s biggest names, I have learned that exceptional customer service, preparation, and precision in execution creates results – whether it’s operating a global corporation or helping a home buyer acquire the home of their dreams.
Being a home owner in the Bay Area has been a dream come true for me. But when I bought my first home in the Bay Area, I began the process with many of the same concerns and insecurities that I frequently hear about from my clients – “is there too much competition?”, “will I find myself in a bidding war?”, “am I going to overpay?”, “can I afford a home in the Bay Area?”. These questions were intimidating and held me back from embracing my search and achieving my dream of Bay Area home ownership.
After a few missteps, finding a great agent advisor who helped me understand how these commonly-held concerns can become a great advantage for an informed and prepared buyer or seller was the difference maker for me. My Realtor® deeply understood the market, helped me understand the unique aspects of buying and selling real estate in the Bay Area, and possessed great relationships with other local agents and real estate service providers. When it came time to make an offer, by leveraging these skills my agent helped me understand the true value of the property, the actual nature and potential impact of competing buyers, and prepared me to make a winning offer that I felt like was a great deal. That experience instilled in me the realization that having the right agent partner can be the difference between getting that dream home, achieving your home sales goal, or missing out on opportunity. It so inspired me that I decided to become a Realtor® to help others in the same way to navigate their buying or selling journey and achieve their dream come true. Oh, and that agent who helped me was so inspiring that I decided to go into business with him!

When I’m not selling real estate, you can usually find me outside enjoying the spectacular East Bay. I reside in Oakland with my partner and the sweetest dog you’ve ever met - a yellow lab named Sara. I’m a competitive tennis player, love running the trails of the Oakland Hills and catching a concert at the Greek Theatre. As a Cal Berkeley alumnus, you might bump into me at a game cheering on my beloved Cal Bears. Go Bears!
